REGIMEN RIPE, PROPUESTO EN EL
PROYECTO DE LEY N° 2751/2022-CR

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo analizará la viabilidad del Proyecto de Ley N°
2751/2022-CR, que tiene por objeto la creación del Régimen de Inclusión y
Promoción Empresarial (RIPE), con la finalidad de incentivar la formalización y
mejorar la recaudación; eliminando el NRUS y el RER, reemplazar en el mediano
plazo el Régimen MYPE Tributario y mantener el Régimen General.
ABSTRACT: This work will analyze the viability of Bill No. 2751/2022-CR, which aims to
create the Business Inclusion and Promotion Regime (RIPE), with the purpose of
encouraging formalization and improving collection; eliminating the NRUS and the
RER, replacing the MYPE Tax Regime in the medium term and maintaining the
General Regime.
