¿ES EFICAZ LA REGULACIÓN DEL
ARTÍCULO 4º DEL DECRETO LEGISLATIVO
N.º 933?

RESUMEN: Se analizan los alcances del Decreto Legislativo N.° 933 y su Reglamento y, se
propone una modificación del artículo 3° del Decreto Supremo N.° 078-2004-EF, para
dotar de mayor eficacia a dichos dispositivos, buscando generar mayor riesgo sobre el
incumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias de las entidades públicas.
ABSTRAC: The scope of Decreto Legislativo N.° 933 and its Reglamento are analyzed and
a modification of article 3 of Decreto Supremo N.° 078-2004-EF is proposed, to provide
greater efficiency to said devices, seeking to generate greater risk on non-compliance
with the tax obligations of public entities.
